From time to time I prepare shells or seafood. We really like them are delicious and quick to prepare.
- 500 gr frozen peeled shells
- 250 gr tortellini with ricotta
- 250 sachets with spinach
- 1 red kapia pepper
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 small leek thread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Lemon juice and peel
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Teryaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oil and garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Shells with stuffed pasta:
Boil the pasta for 3 minutes. according to the instructions on the package.
The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into narrow strips.
Heat the vegetable mixture in the oil mixed with melted butter.
Add a little lemon peel, garlic flakes and shells. Salt.
Let it soak for 2 minutes, stirring carefully.
Add turmeric, Teryaki sauce and "olio e aglio" spice.
At the end, sour with lemon juice and serve with stuffed pasta.
If you like, you can replace the lemon juice with 50 ml of white wine, which you will put in the preparation at the same time as the shells.
