RECIPE PREPARATION Garlic Shrimp:

- 150 g rice for risotto
- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 glass of white wine

Shrimp skewers with sauce
- 300 g peeled shrimp
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of butter

Method of preparation:
Wash the shrimp well under running cold water and place them in a deeper bowl. In another bowl add the melted butter, salt, pepper, basil, grated or squeezed garlic, then the lemon juice, and mix until you get a sauce. Pan-fried shrimp recipe with garlic
You can cook shrimp in the pan with frozen shrimp or fresh shrimp, but in the case of those preserved by freezing it is good to know that if you do not defrost them and do not let them drain for at least 20 & # 8211 30 minutes, the sauce will be more liquid.

One of the charms of pan-fried shrimp recipes is the tasty sauce that is obtained, perfect to be combined with a portion of simple cooked pasta with salt. You can also replace them with slices of toast, which you can soak in the flavored sauce.
For more color in the plate, you can add lemon slices in addition to the portion of shrimp in the pan, although in this case, orange juice already provides the acidity that shrimp need for a balanced taste.
If you prefer recipes with shrimp, a little more complex or with tomato sauce, we recommend as an option saganaki shrimp, a very popular Greek combination, with feta cheese and onion.

Drain the oil on the napkin bed and serve on a preheated plate with baked garlic sauce. It goes well with a cold beer.

Prepare a pan with higher walls.

When you think that all you need is a white wine, a little cold and you have reached perfection.
Method of preparation
The cooking itself takes between 5 and 10 minutes, but it takes longer to clean the shrimp, especially since I couldn't find anything to buy but very small shrimp, and it took a lot of cleaning. King size shrimp are cleaned, normally, much faster.
So, I cleaned the shrimp like this: I washed them well, twisted my head and it came off the body slightly, then, carefully (so that the whole tail remains) I peeled the tail and broke my legs. If they are king size shrimp, make a notch with the knife on the back and remove the shrimp intestine.
Heat the oil and put together the finely chopped bell pepper and garlic and the chilli flakes / chopped hot pepper until well softened.
