Today I cooked beans for the first time and, despite the emotions, it turned out delicious. Because I boiled more (1 kg), half of it I decided to make beaten beans, and leave the rest for the soup, whose recipe can be found above.

RECIPE PREPARATION Spreadable beans:

You choose the beans in the evening, wash it well in some water and soak it in hot water. In the morning (or when you wake up), throw water, wash it again, put more water (cold), add salt and boil. If you have a pressure cooker, it will take about 30-40 minutes, depending on how old the grain is; if you don't, like me, it will take about 2-3 hours. When it has boiled, drain it and mix it, adding salt, basil, paprika and crushed garlic. When it has crumbled, heat the oil and add it so hot over the beans, stirring constantly. If necessary, you can thin it with the water in which it boiled. Cans has cooled, spread it on slices of toast and decorate with pickled donuts, fresh vegetables, greens or paprika.
